Shipping policy

All orders have an 8 - 10 working day timeline.

For urgent orders, please contact our WhatsApp number.

We currently offer local shipping within Pakistan.

For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp to get a shipping quote.

Shipping charges depend on destination, size and weight of the order.

Any customs duties or taxes assessed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Address modifications are not allowed once the order has been placed (this includes COD and bank transfer orders).

Orders will be cancelled if payment proof/receipt is not shared within 3 days of order placement.

Mini Hues may also cancel orders for reasons including: out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or technical issues.
